Shipping Terms

Rates and Options

Orders equal to or over $150 before tax qualify for:

  • Free Canada Post Expedited shipping.
  • Shipping insurance.

Orders below $150 before tax qualify for:

  • $14 flat rate Canada Post Expedited. 

Local Pick-up (Ottawa) is available for curbside or in-store pick-up at our Ottawa location during regular store hours only, unless we agree to make an exemption with a specific customer. 

Xpresspost is also available at checkout for customers who require faster delivery.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within one business day of being approved by ClearSale, a third-party fraud prevention company.

During the winter, if we receive an order for tattoo inks and PMU/SPM pigments on a Thursday or Friday and temperatures are below freezing, we will delay shipping until the following Monday to prevent the products from freezing over the weekend. Customers are encouraged to purchase a UniHeat 72-hour warmer to protect their inks and pigments during shipping in winter. These packs are available on our website at cost.

Other Shipping Information

Upon fulfilling each order, we send a confirmation email to each customer. This email contains the shipping tracking number.

We request that no parcel is Safe Dropped to prevent theft and we carefully package all goods to avoid damage. However, we are not liable for any damage or loss caused by Canada Post. If your order does not arrive or if it arrives damaged, please submit your claim directly to Canada Post.

Returns

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, unopened packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

PMU and SPM Pigments 
Numbing Creams or Gels
Glides 
Cleanser
After-care Creams, Gels or Ointments
Protective Tattoo Film

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1 business day.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your financial institution.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the person who paid for the item(s).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item when the return is not due to damaged or defective products. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
